The south-facing property has a size of 3400 m\u00b2  with a huge forest bordering on the north side. Facing south you have a nice view over the hills of the Bavarian Forest in the winter season.The foliage on the trees makes you feel sheltered in the summer months like in a sheltered clearing.The property is on the edge of a small village with about 40 houses, at the end of a dead end street.
