To be healthy is more than the absence of symptoms of disease. <\/span>T<\/span>o be healthy and heal has to do with to be whole. <\/span>How I interpret that is, to be aware of your light and your darkness and to be able to embrace both.<\/span>From an attitude of basic acceptance, the body’s intelligence can work beautifully.<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

This is the moment where you stop fighting a war with your disease or circumstances and a co-creative process begins.<\/p>\n
